You can call me Vince. I am the owner of Sylvan Deckbox and the craftsman who makes all Sylvan products. I held analyst and supervisory positions in a pharmaceutical laboratory for a decade. Since this field leaves no room for imagination and ingenuity, I decided to turn to woodworking to quench my thirst for creativity.

 

After completing a course in woodworking, I still had to find what I was going to make. That’s when the idea of ​​combining my passions came to me. Being a fan of the game Magic: The Gathering since 2008, it was difficult for me to find a box to carry my cards that was not made of plastic. It was then that I decided the make wooden and leather game accessories. More particularly “deckboxes”.

 

So I started Sylvan Deckbox in 2023 and have been dedicated to developing, making and distributing high-end gaming accessories ever since.
